Steph has spent over a decade immersed in alternative health, natural hygiene philosophy and yogic practice. She has used every protocol she recommends. She has worked through her own gut challenges, energy issues and nervous system dysregulation using the same principles she brings to coaching.

She is not positioned as a medical authority and does not pretend to be. What she is, is someone with genuine depth of knowledge, a practical and grounded approach, and a real ability to meet people where they are without judgment.
